Refund Policy

If something goes wrong on our side
If your plan fails to arrive, or a technical fault makes it unusable, you get a full refund. Email support@planyour65.com within 14 days of your purchase and tell us what happened. In most cases we can also simply resend or fix your plan, whichever you prefer.
Other refunds
Because the plan is personalized to your answers and delivered instantly, other refunds are at our discretion. Write to us and explain the problem. We are reasonable.
How refunds are paid
All card refunds are processed by Stripe, our payment provider, back to the card you paid with. How quickly it shows up depends on your bank, typically a few business days.
