planyour65.com explains Medicare enrollment rules and computes personal dates and penalty examples from the information you enter. It is an educational resource only. It is not legal, tax, insurance, or financial advice, and nothing on this site creates an advisor relationship of any kind.

Not the government

planyour65.com is a private website and is not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. government or the federal Medicare program.

Not a broker

We do not sell insurance. We are not a licensed insurance producer. We never recommend, rank, or compare specific insurance plans or carriers, we never pass your details to brokers or agents, and we never receive broker or carrier compensation. No broker will call you.

We cannot enroll you in Medicare

Enrollment in Medicare happens only through the Social Security Administration. This service cannot enroll you, and nothing you do here counts as signing up for Medicare. Your plan tells you how to enroll with SSA when the time comes.

Accuracy

Your dates and windows are computed from the inputs you provide, so they are only as accurate as your inputs. Annual dollar figures are verified as of the date stamp shown on your result and in your documents; rules and figures change over time. SSA is the authoritative source for your situation. Confirm your dates with SSA (ssa.gov) or 1-800-MEDICARE before acting on them.

Purchase and delivery

The Personal Enrollment Plan is a one-time purchase of $29. It is prepared from your answers and delivered by email as a PDF and an editable Word document, and can be downloaded again for 30 days from your check. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

• Use the service for yourself, or for someone who has asked for your help.
• Enter accurate information; the dates depend on it.
• Do not resell, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of planyour65.com arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including penalties or missed deadlines resulting from decisions you make.
